This notice covers the pages of this website only. It describes the behaviour of the site as it is built and delivered: plain HTML, CSS and a small amount of browser-side JavaScript, with no server application, no database and no user accounts.
No data controller, company name or registered address is stated here, because none has been supplied for this demonstration project. The site owner should add real controller details before production use.
The newsletter and contact forms on this site are front-end demonstrations. They are not connected to a server, a mailing list or a mailbox.
If the site owner later connects a form to a real service, this page must be updated to describe what happens to the information before that change goes live.
Like most websites, the hosting account that serves these files may keep standard technical access logs, which can include an IP address, the pages requested, the time of the request and the browser's user-agent string. Those logs are produced by the hosting service, not by this website's own code.
